As Executive Chefs and founders of Il Sogno, we have spent our lives in professional kitchens, learning, growing, and perfecting our craft while always respecting the traditions that shaped us.
About a year ago, we decided it was time to create something that truly reflected who we are. We envisioned a restaurant where authentic Italian flavors would remain at the heart of every dish, while creativity and artistry would transform each plate into a unique experience.
At Il Sogno, handmade pasta is our signature. Every shape, every color, and every ingredient is carefully crafted in-house using traditional techniques and the finest ingredients. We honor the classics while embracing innovation, creating dishes that surprise the eye, delight the palate, and remain unmistakably Italian.
